Individual Piano Lessons

 

Lesson length varies by level. For example, the beginning level (elementary and early intermediate) is 30 minutes, intermediate and late intermediate - 45 minutes, advanced 60 minutes.

 

Every individual piano lesson includes repertoire, technique, and music theory. In addition, for those students interested in composition, a composition component can be added (lesson time will need to be extended). 

 

Every school year, students are encouraged to participate in two recitals (Winter and Spring Recital). 

 

Students must purchase printed music and have an instrument available for home practice.

Lessons are offered at Edina Community Center and The Piano Studio of Inese Krievans.
